How much luggage can I take with me?

Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase (approximately 70cm high x 47cm wide x 21cm deep) and one small piece of hand luggage. Please note that hand luggage will travel in the vehicle with you and should therefore be of an appropriate size.

Private Vehicle Bookings:

If you have booked one of our private transfer options and are travelling with a pushchair or a foldable wheelchair, please ensure the selected vehicle is suitably sized. For example, a party of four passengers with luggage and a pushchair should reserve a vehicle suitable for five to ensure adequate space and comfort.

Excess Luggage:

For shared shuttle services, items such as sports equipment (including skis, golf bags, surfboards, or bicycles) are considered excess luggage and may incur an additional charge.

For private transfers, if excess or oversized luggage cannot be accommodated by the booked vehicle, an additional vehicle may be required and will be payable locally upon arrival.

Vehicle Capacity Limits:

Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. For example, some MPV-4 vehicles accommodate up to 4 passengers and 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s limit, you may be asked to upgrade to a larger vehicle, such as a Minibus 8, which may incur an additional fee.

Providing Luggage Details:

If you have special luggage requirements, please provide the total number and sizes of all items (for example: small backpacks, medium cases of around 68cm, or large cases around 76cm x 50cm x 32cm) so we can confirm whether your booked vehicle can accommodate them.
