If your new accommodation is located in a different area, city, or resort from your original booking, please also contact us through the same link so that we may assist in arranging the appropriate transfer adjustments. Please note that address changes may incur additional charges, which vary depending on vehicle availability and pricing differences between regions. Our team will review the request and inform you of any applicable modification fees.
If you need to change the name of your accommodation for your return journey and are already on your trip, please telephone us using the contact number provided on your e-Ticket.
If you need us to confirm a change of address directly with the driver, please contact us and we will notify the driver accordingly.
