I am having trouble paying for my booking, how can I make the payment?
Payment is required in full at the time of booking and is securely processed through our website. We use a 3D Secure payment system to protect your transaction. This means you will be prompted to enter your card security password before your booking is confirmed.
If your card is declined, please contact your card issuer directly. Should you have forgotten your 3D Secure password, simply select “Forgotten password” on the authentication screen — your bank will guide you through resetting it.
Please note that Elife is unable to assist with issues related to your 3D Secure password, as this security feature is managed exclusively by your bank.
